Pack Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
